While powerlifting and weightlifting are awesome on their own, we believe embracing both powerlifting and olympic weightliftinng simultaneously brings the best of both worlds. It helps build a well-rounded strength—being fast and powerful in short bursts and also strong over longer distances, whether you're lifting heavy or lighter weights. Plus, training in multiple styles keeps things fresh and fun, making it easier to stick with your fitness journey for the long haul. I believe that "getting strong" and "getting out of pain" should never be two separate conversations.

As a Physiotherapist and competitive lifter, my approach is built on a simple, no-BS philosophy: we don't just work around injuries - we solve them. Having competed in Powerlifting and since moving into the world of Olympic Weightlifting, I’ve spent my career under the barbell. I know what it feels like to push for a PB, and I know the frustration when your body isn't playing ball.

Whether you are navigating an injury, looking to learn the oly & powerlifting movements, or simply want to be strong for the rest of your life, I’m here to bridge that gap. My goal is to empower you with the tools to understand your own body, move with confidence, and realise that you aren't "broken" but rather just an athlete in progress.

I'm the go-to gal who ensures Small Goods runs like a well-oiled machine—think toilet paper, comfy couches that don’t smell, ZooperDoopers, and plenty of blooper reels (mostly), not to mention a functioning Joel! I could keep going...

I tend to take my sweet time between sets, enjoy a bit too much coffee, and crack a fair few unhinged jokes while keeping the guys on their toes. Teamwork, a positive culture, and getting strong are some of my absolute favourite things, which is why I adore the crew at Small Goods!

We are confident that our membership pricing reflects the exceptional value we offer. As a member, you will have the opportunity to train with national-level coaches and athletes, receiving regular, detailed feedback on your progress. Additionally, if you diligently follow your training program and do not see any improvement, we will continue to train you for free until you achieve your goals.

A Small Good is that little bit extra you put in to get to where you want to go. It’s doing the dishes when you’d love to leave them in the sink, taking your child out somewhere nice when you’ve had a long week or getting in that training session when it’s difficult because you know you’re better off for it.

During our club sessions, there’s always at least one coach on hand to energise members, offer real-time feedback, and answer any questions that pop up during your workout. Just bring along your personalised program and get started! We schedule these sessions at times when most of our members are around, ensuring you have the best chance of getting the support you need.
